How do I check the delivery status?
When the order is shipped, the courier will send you an email containing a tracking number (dispatch code), which will allow you to check the status of your delivery.
What happens if the recipient is not at home when the goods are delivered?
If the recipient is out, the courier will attempt a second delivery. If this second attempt is also unsuccessful, you will need to contact the courier to collect the order. Storage options vary depending on the courier. If the storage continues for a long period of time, the package will return to the sender with a refund of the amount paid net of return costs.
Where can my order be delivered to?
Your order can be shipped to United Kingdom without Channel Islands.
Can I give a different shipping address to that specified on the invoice?
Yes, the shipping address can be different from the billing address.
How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping (7-10 working days) costs:
- 9 £ if the order amount is less than 19,90 £
- 5,90 £ if the order amount is less than 49£.
What are the delivery times?
As soon as we assign the order to the courier, the delivery time is on average 7-10 working days, depending on the destination location.
Who are the couriers?
For our deliveries, we use the best couriers: SDA, DHL and BRT.
What do I do if the delivery is delayed?
If you have checked the tracking number (shipping code) and the delivery is late, we recommend that you contact our customer service team.
Can I enter a P.O. Box as my delivery address?
P.O. Box addresses cannot be accessed by our couriers, so please enter a physical delivery address.
What are the delivery methods?
Only the standard option to deliver to street level is provided. There are no other options, such as delivery to a specified floor or delivery by appointment.
