You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an order.

How can I return a product?

• Fill in the form at the bottom of this page to request authorization to return the product.
• Wait for the return acceptance e-mail.
• Prepare the parcel: include the FU order reference and your name inside, use the original packaging, taking care to remove all labels relating to the previous shipment.
• Stick the label on the parcel.
• Choose a courier that tracks shipments.
